Shipping & Returns


1.  CONTACT US through email with full details about why you are wanting to return the item.  for example, no longer wanted, not functioning, etc
print off our correspondence or write on a piece of paper information we provide to you.
Include this information in the box or package that you are returning to us. 
Return the package in means provided for refund, credit or exchange depending on agreed condition. 
Keep copy of tracking information for your records as confirmation of shipping and delivery.
All products purchased through are covered under our Free Warranty up to 60 days.  Pre-owned or Refurbished items found to be defective may be exchanged for the same item or like item within 60 days.  Items returned under warranty must be returned in the same physical condition in which they were shipped.  Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery date.  Refund will be purchase price less shipping cost.  All time frames are counted from date of delivery.  Items may also be exchanged for different item within 30 days upon request approval.  In cases of customer abuse of item or abuse of our policy, we Gamerz Haven, Inc reserve the right to change or decline warranty coverage for any reason. Contact us by email for all requests.


Confirmation of your order does not serve as our acceptance of your order. Gamerz Haven reserves the right to at any time accept, decline, reduce order quantity, or cancel your order for any reason. Your order is considered accepted when it has finished processing through our warehouse and shipped
If for some reason an item is out of stock after you order, that item will be placed on Backorder and will ship out as soon as it comes back in stock.  This rarely happens and you can cancel the item if you do not wish to wait as long as it has not shipped. 
In the event that there is an error in a listing, including a pricing error, listing error, or any other error, we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.  If your order and payment have been confirmed, and not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.

Shipping Policy

Items are typically shipped within 2 Business days.  Most items are shipped through USPS Priority or USPS First Class shipping.  Heavier items may be shipped through Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Home Delivery.  


We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Typical delivery time is 2 - 7 days from date of shipping but may take longer under some circumstances which may include but not limited to holiday or high shipping traffic times, weather delays, shipper delays for any reason or any other circumstances out of our control.
